Biography
Fitness has always been an inspiration to me whether training in Gymnastics or taking Jazz lessons and exercising within my own home from which I did at an early age.
After training to participate in body competitions, I discovered the only way to gain the body I wanted was to train with weights. I entered the 'Miss Bum of Rio 1985.
Also Miss Muscle Light Weight 1987 and that was after having conceived two children. Pictures of myself before and after having children is evidence that weight training is the simplest way to sustain your youthful figure, with much determination of course. My origin is Brazilian tribe Yanomami Indians.
Joining one the famous Samba schools Salgueiro and others also means I am a professional Samba dancer and teacher. I am an experienced and certified Gym instructor gaining several qualifications from YMCA Academy including Nutrition.
